Connoisseurs of fresh and aromatic bread will enjoy loaves of sourdough home-baked crusty wheat and wheat-rye bread, banana and gluten-free loaves and breakfast (and not only) butter brioche. Our bakery also offers ingredients to bake bread at home.
Something sweet
You will choose from desserts on the sweets shelf prepared by our bakers which are our guests’ favourite. Try artisan hand-made chocolates, choose your favourite taste of chocolate and delight in oat cakes or colourful macaroons made from almonds.
Our workshop
We have enclosed all precious qualities and natural taste of local produce in jars and bottles. We offer the best gifts of nature in the form of jams, pickles, vinegars, juices, hummus, pesto and numerous sauces, served both cold and warm.

Head sommelier of the Shuum hotel, Beata Ławrukajtis recommends carefully selected wines from our wine list. Taste Rieslings recommended by Beata or California wines or benefit from her recommendations for wines ideal for home tastings.

Here you will find first of all biocertified cosmetics VITALIS dr. Joseph and other wellness&spa products which will make rejuvenation at home easier, such as bags with Shuum logo, cushions filled with buckwheat husk, bath robes, refreshing teas and soothing scented candles.
Dietary catering
Take care of your health and a slim body look taking advantage of dietary catering with caloric content tailored to your needs: 1500, 1700, 2000 and 2200 kcal according to a meal plan developed by Marzena Rypina, PhD. Our offer includes five balanced meals which include also gluten-free diet. They are based on natural, fresh and healthy produce.
