Many of our products are made on-site. This allows us to know what ingredients are used, create unique flavors, and reduce waste.
Guests who have chosen the Shuum Hotel in Kołobrzeg can enjoy freshly baked breads made with natural sourdoughs, house-made jams, chocolate and nut creams, cold cuts, preserves, pickles, and seasonal beverages crafted from our own recipes every day.
In the summer, guests can cool off with iced teas and lemonades, while in winter, compotes invigorate the body and provide essential vitamins.

Gluten-free dishes

We are the only hotel chain that offers completely gluten-free dishes to our restaurants. Safe for guests with severe gluten intolerance, dishes are prepared in the certified Trattoria Sano - Gluten Free restaurant.
Delicious, gluten-free dishes in jars can be eaten on site in the restaurant or taken away.
