The offer is inclusive of a five-day stay for the price of four (Sunday through Friday which can be extended), healthy breakfast, participation in breathing yoga classes: pranayama, and specialist diagnostics (scanning) and massages (herbal, Pada and Hasta Abhyanga) based on natural herbs and cosmetics. In our hotel you will find private space and all amenities you might need for remote work.

Have breakfast

Have breakfast which will supply you with vital energy and strength for the whole day. Morning menu includes vegetarian, vegan and meat dishes, fish and seafood, a variety of cheeses, fresh salads (also sweet) and home made preserves: jams, nut cream, spreads and pâtés as well as beverages. You can also buy multi-course dinner served in a variety of sets with tasty accompaniments of vegetables, cheeses, meats, fish as well as dishes for vegans, vegetarians and children.

Take a deep breath

Practising carefulness, conscious breathing and the ability to stay focused could be a way to well-being. This process can be enhanced by yoga and meditation. Discover the relaxing power of breath taking part in pranajama during which a yogini will demonstrate practical breathing techniques. Regular exercising relieves the body from tension, lowers stress and improves the powers of concentration. You are welcome to take part in other yoga classes (per schedule), go Nordic walking or just walk along the beach.

Complementary treatments

Feel the inflow of energy and vital forces during a herbal massage based on customised mixed herbs. Lavender, rosemary and sage combined with sunflower oil and essential oils stimulate all senses while all-body massage relaxes and relieves fro stress. A traditional Ayurvedic massage of lower and upper arms and hands (Hasta Abhyanga) has also a relaxing effect while Pada Abhyanga brings instant calmness and relaxation to tired legs, soothes weary feet and relieves the body from tension.

In the Shuum hotel you can work unhindered. Fast WiFi (including secure network option) in the whole hotel area, access to a printer and shredder, sound-proof and air-conditioned rooms with a comfortable work zone will let you work unhindered. And should you need room to make a presentation or meet in a private company please visit our chill out room with a view of the seafront nature park where you will find everything you may need to hold a meeting, also online.
